——————– ADVERTISING ——————–

At Bauma 2022, Doosan will showcase a host of new technologies and innovative digital applications. The Doosan stand will be organized around a dedicated Innovation Center. Under the theme “Powered by Innovation”, the manufacturer will present the latest developments of its Concept-X, Xitecloud and DoosanCONNECT systems, as well as other exclusive products such as the world’s first “transparent” loader bucket and the new DX225LC -7X, the first “intelligent” Doosan crawler excavator.

In addition to the DX225LC-7X, the range of products on display at the Doosan stand will show for the first time at Bauma a growing expansion of both ends of the range. At the top of the range will be the new DX1000LC-7 100 ton crawler excavator, the
award-winning DL580-7 wheel loader and an all-new 4×4 version of the DA45-7 articulated dump truck. On the compact side of the Doosan range, the new 2-5 ton mini excavators and the new 10 ton midi wheeled excavator will be on display for the
first time, alongside the new range of Doosan compact wheel loaders. Also exclusive to Bauma, you will discover the first zero-emission mini-excavator designed by Doosan, the DX20Z-E, which is scheduled for launch in 2023.

Doosan Concept-X and XiteCloud systems

Doosan will showcase its latest version of Concept-X, the world’s first automated and driverless integral control solution, launched in 2019 for construction, quarrying and mining. XiteCloud represents the first step in the commercialization of Concept X. XiteCloud maximizes productivity by integrating into a
platform “cloud” earthworks calculations and complex 3D images provided by drones. Preliminary site studies can thus be carried out in just one or two days.

DoosanCONNECT

At Bauma 2022, Doosan will also unveil its DoosanCONNECTTM telematics fleet management and monitoring system. DoosanCONNECT is a mobile app available for Apple and Android devices that offers customers a new all-in-one Doosan machine management system.

The latest evolution of the DoosanCONNECT app features additional services and expanded overall functionality that allow the app to manage all processes, from machine operation and maintenance to spare parts purchasing,
from this single platform. The system is designed to increase jobsite productivity and efficiency by reducing the effort and time spent managing machines compared to offline and other solutions.

The world’s first “transparent” loader bucket

Doosan’s exclusive, so-called “transparent” bucket safety system will be presented at Bauma for the first time. The “transparent” bucket is the first safety system of its type to provide a solution to eliminate blind spots in front of the bucket of a wheel loader.

The DX225LC-7X, the smart one!

First announced to the world at Bauma, the new DX225LC-7X – Doosan’s first “smart” crawler excavator – is designed to help the operator work
faster and more efficiently. For this, the DX225LC-7X comes standard with several innovative features such as FEH technology, a fully electro-hydraulic control of the hydraulic system. Besides the FEH system, other standard features of the DX225LC-7X include 2D guidance and control systems as well as an electronic virtual barrier system.

DX1000LC-7, the big one!

At Bauma, you will also get the first public presentation of the 100-ton DX1000LC-7 Stage V, the largest crawler excavator model ever built by Doosan. Equipped with the most powerful engine in the 100 ton excavator category, the DX1000LC-7 also offers class-leading hydraulic flow, which translates into class-leading performance, higher productivity, lower fuel consumption and more flexible controls.

New concept of articulated dump truck

At Bauma, the first Doosan 4×4 articulated dump truck is another world first for the brand. This new 4×4 version of the DA45-7 articulated dump truck is intended to compete with rigid dump trucks in the 40 tonne category. Through its transmission
4×4, the new version of the DA45-7 is more efficient than rigid dumpers on poor tracks, slippery surfaces and steep slopes. The DA45-7 4×4 also offers a tighter turning radius than rigid dump trucks of equivalent capacity.

New generation of compact excavators

Bauma will give you a first look at a selection of models from the new generation of Doosan mini excavators and a new Doosan midi wheeled excavator. The new 2.8 ton DX27Z-7, 3.9 ton DX35Z-7, 5.4 ton DX50Z-7 and 5.7 ton DX55R-7 mini excavators are all ideal for working efficiently in confined spaces.
Also benefiting from a new look, the DX100W-7 10 ton midi wheeled excavator will also be on display.
